To support University staff responsible for onboarding external individuals, we are organising two Kamu clinics on 25 May and 11 June. The University’s new Kamu membership register was launched on 4 May 2026. Kamu is used to create and approve user credentials for individuals who do not have study rights, an employment contract or other contractual relationship with the University.
Schedule, programme and participation links
The clinics will be held on Monday 25 May 2026 at 10:15–11 and on Thursday 11 June 2026 at 9:15–10. Both sessions will cover the same content and will be held as Teams meetings. You do not need to register in advance, and you may join the session that best fits your schedule. The sessions will be conducted in Finnish, but questions may also be asked in English.
We sent Outlook calendar invitations for the clinics to known onboarding contacts at the University in mid-May, but you are welcome to join using the Teams links below or add them to your Outlook calendar even if you didn’t receive a calendar invitation. All University staff are welcome to attend.
