The Kumpula Local IT Support Point will be available to Kumpula Campus University staff and students on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM starting 1 September 2025. The support point is available for picking up, returning or borrowing University IT devices as well as critical IT issues, when necessary.
The IT service point is available to Kumpula Campus University staff and students at Exactum rooms A221–A224 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM in the following matters
- Picking up, borrowing and returning of the University's IT equipment (e.g. work laptops and peripheral devices).
- Support in critical University IT issues.
Please note: The University IT Helpdesk will remain the primary point of contact for University IT support.
