This change means that, instead of their faculty, unit, or department, university community members will see "University of Helsinki" displayed in the top right corner of the E-lomake service interface and beside their name on the profile page. Users do not need to take any action.
- The change will be implemented by creating a new organization, University of Helsinki, in the E-lomake questionnaire service. All university users and forms will belong to this organization going forward.
- Previous faculty- and unit-specific organizations will no longer be visible to users, and ownership of existing forms will be transferred to the new University of Helsinki organization.
- Form ownership and access rights will remain unchanged, as they are based on user accounts, not on organizational information.
