All University SAP services will be unavailable on 15 March 2024 from 8 to 10 AM. The service break is due to system maintenance and updates. See affected applications below.
Please note: the break also applies to mobile work time recording. Please record your working hours after the break.
The following applications will be out of use on 15 March 2024 from 8 to 10 AM:

- Performance assessments (YPJ)
- SAP HR Portal
- SAP HR GUI
- Assessment of candidates (as part of the recruitment process)
- Working time allocation
- Purchase invoice approval
- Travel (processing travel requests and invoices)
- SAP Finance GUI
- Invoice inspection
- Proha project management
- Device register
- BW financial reporting
- BW HR reporting
- BPC budgeting
