Service disruption in CurreChat, IT device order tool, Download Centre and other OpenShift-based services from 15 March approx. 3 PM onward

A service disruption concerning the University’s OpenShift-based applications — incl. CurreChat, the IT device order tool Onify, the mobile subscriptions ordering tool, Download Centre, and the Ryhti tool for managing group storage spaces—was detected from 15 March approx. 3 PM onward. OpenShift services are currently unavailable due to the service break. We are currently resolving the issue.

During maintenance, ordering devices and mobile subscriptions via the Onify self-service tool, creating and managing group storage spaces in the Ryhti application, downloading software from the Download Centre and other University applications and services running on the OpenShift platform will be out of use.

We are actively resolving the issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused by the service disruption!

  • IT Metrics statistics tool (metrics.it.helsinki.fi)
  • Kontra AI translation service (translate.helsinki.fi)
  • Automation tool (awx.web.helsinki.fi), including:
    • Dependency Track self-service tools
  • SBOM management tool (dtrack.it.helsinki.fi)
