The University’s mobile device subscriptions will be updated as the new contract period begins on 1 October 2025. International mobile subscriptions will be upgraded from 300M 4G to 600M 5G subscriptions. The transfer rates and connection type of domestic subscription types will remain unchanged (4G 100M).
Please restart your mobile device on 1 October 2025 to activate your new subscription. For more information on the University’s mobile subscription, see the Telephones and telephone services page
