The Kumpula Local IT Support Point will be available to Kumpula Campus University staff and students starting from 2 April 2024. The support point is available for picking up, returning or borrowing University IT devices as well as critical IT issues from 2 April 2024. The IT Center has piloted the service point since the end of 2023.
The IT service point is available to Kumpula Campus University staff and students only at Exactum rooms A221–A224 on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM in the following matters:
- Picking up, borrowing and returning of the University's IT equipment (e.g. work laptops and peripheral devices).
- Support in critical University IT issues.
