All videos are recorded normally, but a small percentage of them are not transferred to the Unitube backend system for processing. Such stuck videos are therefore not viewable in Unitube collections and video series.
Any recordings affected by the issue will be visible in Unitube collections and video series as soon as the service disruption has been resolved. We are currently hard at work resolving the issue. Except for processing new Unitube Studio and Lecture Room recordings, Unitube services function normally (Unitube Uploader and Viewer).
Please note:
- If your Unitube room recording has not arrived and you want to share it as soon as possible, please contact helpdesk@helsinki.fi. Our support team can deliver individual video files on request during the service disruption.
- You can use the University Zoom service to record lectures and upload recordings via the Unitube Uploader during the service disruption. For instructions on how to record lectures and meetings via Zoom, see the IT-Helpdesk Zoom instructions and instructions for using Unitube Uploader.
