The University of Helsinki IT Center has resolved a problem with the redirection of folders, which affected new users. This action also prevents further occurrences of this problem.
More detailed instructions will be sent via email beginning on the 16th of May to University staff and students who have been affected by the problem. Affected users will be asked to log in and out while their system is connected to the University network.
