The new IT Helpdesk site is at your service from 3 June onwards!

The updated IT Helpdesk instructions site published on 3 June 2021. There might be short interruptions in the service in connection with the publication. 

We would like to thank all the university staff and students for their feedback on the instructions during the spring. After the launch of the new site, we will focus on the instructions’ content production and fulfilling the instruction requests received from users.
