SAP portal login issues outside the university network

Due to a recent update to the SAP portal, the portal’s VPN link (https://www.vpn.helsinki.fi/dana/home/index.cgi) does not work outside the university network.

To access the portal outside of the university network, you must first create a VPN connection via Pulse Secure (read instructions here) and then access the portal at: https://sapwww.it.helsinki.fi/irj/portal.
