Service break in the SAP HR system and work time recordings 24–26 November 2020

There will be a service break in the SAP HR and SAP eRekrytointi systems from 7 a.m. on 24 November to 6 p.m. on 26 November 2020. The break is due to system updates.

Please note: during the service break, the work time recording, recruitment and other SAP HR functions will be unavailable! SAP Talous will function as normal.

• The clock in and clock out functions of the SAP HR work time recording system, internal and external job searches and recruitment actions of the recruitment system and other functions will be unavailable on 24–26 November 2020
• If you need to clock in and out during the break, you can record the work time after the break. You can record the time after the service break or the next day in Time Events -> Detailed Entry. See instructions on mobile work time recording.
• SAP Talous (including travel management) will function as normal during the service break
