Service breaks in university network connections and services on 5 May 2021

Service breaks will occur in university network connections due to university core network maintenance work at the Viikki data center on 5 May 2021 at 7–9 a.m. The work may also cause disruptions in university network services (e.g. Flamma, helsinki.fi and Office 365) and authentication.

On Wednesday, 5 May 2021 at 7–9 a.m.:

• Disruptions may occur in the wireless and wired network connections.
• Service breaks may occur in the university network services (e.g. Flamma, helsinki.fi, Office 365, Zoom) and authentication.
• If the scheduled core network maintenance break causes problems for e.g. ongoing research, please contact: helpdesk@helsinki.fi.
