Widespread problems were detected in the University network on the morning of October 9th 2019. The issues have been located, and the University landline networks function normally again. Some intermittent issues may persist with eduroam connections as the network systems gradually return to normal.
- Please remember that you can connect to the HelsinkiUni network easily from outside the University via VDI. Read the Helpdesk VDI instructions.
- You can also connect your computer to the Internet via your mobile device’s hotspot functionality.
