Use of the Lifesize video conference service will end on 17 October 2020

Use of the Lifesize Cloud service at the university will end on 17 October 2020. The service will be replaced by University of Helsinki Zoom, which is already in use. Demand for physical video conferencing equipment has declined significantly as video conferencing software such as Teams and Zoom have become popular, and the Lifesize service is no longer needed.

• If you still have recordings in the Lifesize Cloud service that you need to save, please download the recordings yourself well in advance
• If you need assistance in downloading the recordings, please contact us well in advance: verkkokokous@helsinki.fi
• Start using the university’s Zoom by following Helpdesk Zoom instructions
