The University of Helsinki IT Center will extend Helpdesk Chat service hours to 8 AM – 4 PM (9 AM – 3 PM previously) to support university staff and students with IT issues during this exceptional situation. Helpdesk Chat is at your service at helsinki.fi/helpdesk.
- Helpdesk Chat will begin serving university staff and students from 8 AM to 4 PM beginning Monday 23 March, 2020.
- Extended service hours will be in effect until the end of May 2020
