Zoom has resolved the Breakout Room issues that began on November 24 and the service works normally again on Tuesday, 30 November 2021. See our earlier news item.
We transferred some university Zoom user accounts to the licensed Zoom service due to the breakout room issues. We will transfer these accounts back to the university Zoom service by Friday 3 December 2021.
Our apologies to university staff and students for the inconvenience caused by the breakout room issues!
