We have detected an issue with Zoom meetings opened in Moodle with the Firefox browser. When opening a Zoom meeting in Moodle through Firefox, users currently receive the following error message: “Unauthorized. Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again.” We detected the issue at the beginning of September and are currently resolving it.
- You can circumvent the issue by opening Zoom meetings in Moodle with the Chrome browser or the Zoom desktop application.
