A forgotten password may be changed using Finnish bank credentials or a police-issued electronic ID card. The tool lets you reset the password for the most central user accounts (AD network, restricted account). The user account must be valid when the password is changed.
The tool is only intended for changing a forgotten password: the monthly uses of the tool are limited.
The tool will ask you to input your last name and social security number, so you do not need to remember your user name.
