A service disruption occurred in the Unitube video service beginning on Wednesday, 1 November from 4 PM onward. The disruption was detected Thursday morning, 2 November and was resolved by 11 AM. The Unitube is now back to normal operation.
Due to the service disruption, logging in to the Unitube service from Unitube lecture rooms and studios did not work from 1 November late afternoon to 2 November morning. Logging in to Unitube Uploader was possible, but any changes made there were not saved.
The service disruption resulted from an issue which occurred during a critical information security update. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
