Avidnote is a browser-based AI application on trial use at the University. The application is designed to facilitate the production of research documents. Avidnote AI assists you with writing and results analysis and also has transcription functionalities.
Register for the webinar on Avidnote’s website.
Avidnote will be available to all University staff and students until 1 February 2025. The application licence will be extended if Avidnote is in active use during the trial period. See our earlier bulletin about Avidnote and its use at the University.
Logging in to Avidnote
1. Click the Sign in with SSO (single sign-on) button at the Avidnote service address: https://app.avidnote.com/login
2. Enter your username in the form firstname.lastname@helsinki.fi and click Continue. Select Accept in the following single sign-on window.
3. Select your information (role, country and university) from the drop-down menu and click Save.
