Do you need help with arranging a video conference? How about the sound system, is it in full working order? Do you encounter problems with the audiovisual equipment in the university’s meeting or teaching rooms?
Support is available now. The university is launching an on-site audiovisual support trial with Unigrafia to test and develop a new service model as well as chart the needs for support that we have at the university every day.
Service available for the autumn term
The service is available from 14 August to 13 December 2019 in the City Centre Campus area and it is offered free of charge for users. Continuation of the trial next year is subject to a separate decision. On-site audiovisual support is available on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Support can be arranged in the evenings from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. by advance order.
