Widespread problems were detected in the University network on the evening of September 24 2019. The issues have been located and resolved, and the University networks function normally again. Some intermittent issues may persist with eduroam connections as the network systems gradually return to normal.
- Remember that you can connect to the HelsinkiUni network easily from outside the University via VDI. Please read the Helpdesk VDI instructions.
- You can also connect your computer to the Internet via your mobile device’s hotspot functionality.
