IT device and Microsoft license ordering tool service break on 23 February 2021

The self-service tool used for ordering computers, IT devices and Microsoft licenses will be out of use due to a platform update on Tuesday 23 February 2021. The service break will continue throughout the day. If you need to order a computer, IT devices, Microsoft products or upgrade your Microsoft 365 license level during the service break, please contact IT Helpdesk.

The user interface of the self-service tool as well as the product catalogue for device orders will be improved in the update.
 

During the service break on Tuesday 23 February 2021:

  • Ordering computers and IT devices will not work with the self-service tool
  • Ordering Microsoft licenses will not work with the self-service tool
  • Upgrading Microsoft 365 licenses will not work with the self-service tool
  • Virtual server orders will not work with the self-service tool
  • Openshift project orders will not work with the self-service tool
  • Workstation management will not work
  • Dustin pre-installations will not work
