O365 services and email traffic issues 23 April 2021

The University's Office365 services have extensive problems affecting login to Microsoft products (including Teams, Yammer, OWA) and e-mail delivery.

 

Update 23 April 2021 at 2:45 PM:

We have resolved issues affecting Office365 services and e-mail traffic at the university. Most university systems function normally at this time. We will continue resolving issues in a few remaining systems.

Please note! The e-mails that accumulated during the situation will be sent and received gradually. Messages may arrive and be sent for some time.

  • The issues are due to device failures.
  • We are unfortunately unable to give a more specific time to the resolution of the issues at this time. Resolving these issues is currently our highest priority.
