After switching the licences for the university’s Microsoft Office 365 service, we have noticed that some users’ e-mail redirecting rules have disappeared. However, e-mail messages have not been lost and all messages received after the switching of the licences can still be found in the Office 365 inbox.
If you have redirected your Office 365 e-mail somewhere else, please make sure that your redirecting rules still function properly. Instructions for this can be found on the Helpdesk site.
Please also remember that the university’s e-mail processing rules prohibit forwarding or redirecting any work-related e-mails, i.e. official mail, to an address outside the university.
