Issues were detected with signing into SAP systems from Monday 22 March 2021 onward. The issues are due to a change implemented in the SAP system’s cookies to ensure IT security. Due to the change some users have reported problems with signing into SAP systems.
If you cannot sign into SAP:
- Clear your browser’s cache and history information.
- Close all your browser windows and restart the browser.
- If clearing the cache does not help, restart your computer.
- If the problem persists, contact IT Helpdesk: helsinki.fi/helpdesk
