Service break in Onify self-service tool used for placing computer, IT device and Microsoft license orders on 3 March 2025 from 8 AM to 4 PM

A service break will occur with the self-service tool (Onify) used for placing order requests for computers, IT devices, Microsoft 365 licences and group storage spaces on Monday, 3 March 2025 from 8 AM to 4 PM due to a service backend system update. The maintenance break concerns all Onify services – see a detailed list of affected services in this bulletin.

If you need to place order requests for a work computer, IT devices or Microsoft products or upgrade your Microsoft 365 licence level using the self-service tool, please place your orders either before or after the service break.

The following services will be out of use during the service break on Monday, 3 March 2025 from 8 AM to 4 PM

  • Placing order requests for computers and IT devices.
  • Placing purchase requests for Microsoft licenses.
  • Placing Microsoft 365 license level upgrade purchase requests.
  • Placing virtual server orders.
  • Placing Openshift project orders.
  • Managing computers and IT devices (including applying for and renewing computer administrator rights)
