Unitube users will receive an e-mail survey about the Unitube service and Unitube panels on Wednesday, 8 March. The survey will be sent to users who have booked studios and classrooms during 2022 and 2023. This survey is part of the continuous development of the University’s Unitube service, and a broader survey about using Unitube will be sent later this year.
The survey is done by Master’s programme students at the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences as part of the Digital Service Design course. One of the group members works as an IT Specialist at the University of Helsinki IT Center Video Services team.
