Worldwide issues with Outlook Web App (OWA) and Microsoft Exchange were detected today 1 October 2020. The issues affect University of Helsinki users as well. Microsoft is currently resolving the issues, and a fix is pending.
Due to the issues:
- You may experience issues with logging on to Microsoft Exchange Online services (e.g. OWA) may not work
- You may experience issues with Outlook applications
- Outlook mobile applications may not work
