Zoom cloud recording service disruption from 17 October 2025 at 10 AM – use local recording or Teams for recording

A service disruption was detected with Zoom cloud recordings on 17 October 2025 at approximately 10 AM onward. Some recordings made after the service disruption began have not been recorded in the cloud service. We also expect delays of hours or even days in transferring the service e-mails that contain links to Zoom cloud recordings. The University Zoom service provider Nordunet is currently resolving the issue.

We recommend using Zoom’s local recording or Teams to record meetings or lectures during the service disruption
