A service disruption is currently affecting cloud recording in University Zoom. On the recommendation of the University Zoom service provider Nordunet, Zoom cloud recording will be turned off temporarily from Thursday, 5 September 2024 4 PM. The cloud recording service break will continue until the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately our service provider does not yet have information on when the issue will be fixed. Nordunet and Zoom are currently working on resolving the issue.
The service disruption was detected in late August. We will release information as soon as the issue has been resolved.
You can use Zoom’s local recording or Teams to record meetings or lectures during the service disruption
