Zoom service disruption 4–5 May – some meetings started on May 4th may display as active meetings

An unexpected service disruption began in the University Zoom service on Thursday, 4 May 2023 at approximately 10 AM. Unfortunately, the service disruption continues today 5 May. The University Zoom service providers CSC and NORDUnet are currently resolving the issue.

  • Due to the disruption, some meeting recordings made on May 4th may have been lost.
  • Some Zoom-meetings started on May 4th may display as active meetings today May 5th. Unfortunately, the daily meetings that have continued from May 4th cannot be joined at this time. You can begin a new Zoom meeting instead.
  • You can disregard any meetings started on May 4th that are displayed as active, and begin new Zoom meetings as usual.
