Some university Zoom users have reported issues with direct PowerPoint sharing. Slide changes are not visible to meeting attendees when the meeting host or an attendee shares their PowerPoint presentation in Zoom, chooses the presentation mode in PowerPoint and changes slides.
You can currently circumvent this issue by:
- Sharing your entire screen.
- Sharing PowerPoint without the presentation mode and minimizing/hiding the editing tools.

- Changing the shared window when you are presenting a slideshow
Zoom is aware of the issue. We await Zoom’s resolution in future updates. Our apologies to university staff and students for the inconvenience caused by the Zoom service issue.
