The IT Center carried out renewal work on the university core network at Meilahti Campus on 7 April 2020. Due to a university-wide network disruption detected in the evening of 7 April, work on the core network renewal was delayed. We will continue with finalizing the core network renewal work at Meilahti Campus today 9 April.
- We are resolving remaining issues as soon as possible. If you detect network issues after 9 April, please inform us at helpdesk@helsinki.fi.
- Some minor network issues remain at Meilahti Campus. E.g. eduroam does not work at Biomedicum. Please use the hotspot functionality of your phone, if needed.
- We are conducting the core network renewal work during 2020 in order to bring the university network up to date and to ensure optimal stability and performance.
