E-mail

The university uses Office 365 e-mail. The university’s mail can be used with different e-mail programs, which often significantly improves e-mail use comfort and enhances usage. Outlook is the recommended program for Office 365 mail.

Video communications

The university offers various possibilities for video communication. They all provide you with an easy way of communicating with your co-operation partners in different locations. 


Teams

Teams is part of the Microsoft Office 365 service. It include status information, instant messaging, online meetings, audio calls and video calls. There are separate applications available for various mobile devices (such as tablet devices and phones, you can find more information on your device’s application store).

Zoom

Zoom is a video communication service that allows all university staff and students to create meeting rooms and participate in meetings, seminars and conferences in real time through video and sound. Zoom is also suitable for remote teaching

Unitube

Unitube is a service that enables viewing, publishing and managing video material.

On-site audiovisual support available
The university is offering an on-site audiovisual support with Unigrafia the needs for support that we have at the university every day.

We will help you on the phone with small problems, but significant issues will be handled on-site, face to face.

Yammer

Yammer is the shared forum for university staff and students. It is intended for workgroups, sharing of information and, for instance, free-form discussion about current university topics.

Jabber

In addition to the above listed options, also Jabber can be used for instant messaging. You can use Jabber to join group discussions (rooms) or send private messages to other Jabber users. Jabber can be used as a background service for communications with colleagues by people in customer service positions, for example. Jabber allows you to check detailed information for challenging situations from the back office team even during a customer service encounter, for example.
