The IT Center will pilot a new IT Helpdesk callback service starting on Thursday, 20 January 2022. With the service, university staff and students can choose a callback option from IT Helpdesk when there is a queue in our telephone service. We will call you back as soon as possible, but at the latest on the following business day, depending on the situation.
- If you have already submitted a callback request, you cannot submit another request until we have called you back.
- During the pilot phase of the service, the availability of the callback option depends on the number of university staff and students in the queue. Therefore the callback option is not yet available to everyone in the queue.
