During the summer, the IT Center will move profile directories (Roaming Profile) to a new NAS storage system. During the transfer, there might be problems logging in to the university’s Windows workstations with usernames involved.
Tuesday 25th July from 7 a.m to 4 p.m. batch to be moved involves:
- all student usernames that start with one of the following letters: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, p, q, r or s
- those staff usernames that have a profile folder (Roaming Profile) stored on the network drive and that start with one of the following letters: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, p, q, r or s
Wednesday 26th July from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. batch to be moved involves:
- all student usernames that start with one of the following letters: k, l, m, n or o
- those staff usernames that have a profile folder (Roaming Profile) stored on the network drive and that start with one of the following letters: k, l, m, n or o
Moving does not affect other users.
