Software Download Centre and the Onify self-service portal will be out of use on 20 November 2024 from 3 to 4 PM due to a platform update. Making computer and device purchase requests, ordering mobile subscriptions and SIM cards, upgrading Microsoft 365 licenses, and other Onify self-service portal functions are out of use during the service break.
The Onify self-service portal is a platform where University staff can make computer and IT device purchase requests, order SIM cards and mobile subscriptions, use the Download Software Center and order virtual desktops. You can also use Onify to apply for administrator rights for your centrally managed University work computer or renew already granted administrator rights.
