The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. We use the data entered in the survey only for service development and the prize draw. Respondents’ contact information is not linked to response processing and is not stored after the draw. You can also take the survey anonymously if you do not want to participate in the prize draw. You also have the opportunity to participate in an additional survey concerning our video services.
