The University’s IT2030 plan has been updated to meet changes in our operating environment. The plan outlines the University’s future regarding information technology. This update takes into account the comments and remarks we received from University staff and students earlier in the spring.
In addition to a selection of IT services which meet the needs of staff and students, the operations of a modern university are based on a future-oriented IT environment that constantly responds to changes. Keeping up with the ever-changing technological landscape requires long-term planning, which must take into account both new and emerging technologies as well as external factors influencing the University’s operations, such as the global pandemic and the war in Ukraine.
In this latest IT2030 Plan update, we respond to several changes in technological trends as well as factors that significantly influence the University’s IT operating environment.
