We have received requests for videos about the Helpdesk site instructions and are now responding to these wishes. The first videos have been added to the Outlook Web App (OWA) instructions, which have also received other updates during the spring. Videos are in Finnish.
The instruction videos are short; one video provides instructions for one action. See for example OWA (Outlook Web App) instructions: Basic use of e-mail (in Finnish). See the detailed help ("Tarkka ohje") tab for the videos.
To find all the instruction videos, search Unitube for “tivi_vid”.
We are continuously developing and creating instruction videos. The videos have no sound at this time. Sound will be added later. Also the findability of the videos on the Helpdesk site will be improved.
