Support for the university’s joint IT services. Support is provided by phone, e-mail and chat-service.
IT-Helpdesk provides support for the use of the university’s centralised IT services and the most relevant applications and information systems. Helpdesk is available by phone, e-mail and chat-service. The IT-Helpdesk also provides access to remote support and on-site support for everyone at the university when an immediate resolution of the problem is not possible. The IT-Helpdesk also provides assistance for the acquisition of university software and hardware. The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
People at the university may contact the IT-Helpdesk by phone at 02 941 55 555, by e-mail at helpdesk@helsinki.fi and by using the chat-service on the Helpdesk site https://helpdesk.it.helsinki.fi/en/help/7003.
The user has the responsibility to contact the IT-Helpdesk in case of problems and to provide the information needed for the resolution of the problem.
