Did you receive your username at the Welcome Fair? If yes, please check that your e-mail is working. Try logging in your mailbox at helsinki.fi/office365. Enter your username in the format username@ad.helsinki.fi. Username being your own 8-digit username.
- if you succeed logging in and your mailbox opens, you can start using it normally
- if you cannot log in, please order a mailbox according to Helpdesk site instructions
