The IT Center’s application maintenance is responsible for the modifications of applications produced by the IT Center’s software development.
Application maintenance repairs errors found in the applications and, upon request, also makes minor modifications in finished applications. The changes made are tested and documented.
A separate agreement on application maintenance services is always made with the client.

The client participates in the specification in cooperation with the team responsible for the implementation of the application. The client is responsible for the maintenance and prioritisation of the task list of tasks to be done. The client carries out acceptance testing and is responsible for user support and training.
Documentation and instructions for the application are prepared as agreed.
The service is charged as agreed. The pricing is based on the currently valid price list which is available in the intranet.
