Outage affecting some users on 19 July 2017 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

During the summer, the IT Center will move profile directories (Roaming Profile) to a new NAS storage system. The first batch of profile directories will be moved on Wednesday, 19 July 2017 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

The first batch to be moved involves:

• all student usernames that start with one of the following letters: t, u, v, w, x, y, z
• those staff usernames that have a profile folder (Roaming Profile) stored on the network drive and that start with one of the following letters: t, u, v, w, x, y, z

During the move, it might not be possible to log in to the university’s Windows workstations with these usernames in the normal manner.

Moving does not affect other users.
