Nordunet and CSC are resolving the Zoom cloud recording issue – use local recording and Teams for the time being

The University Zoom service providers Nordunet and CSC have actively continued resolving the issue that affects cloud recording in Zoom during autumn 2024. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and Zoom cloud recording is out of use until the issue has been resolved. The service disruption was originally detected in August.

We will release information as soon as the issue has been resolved by Nordunet and CSC.
