You can also take care of your access rights related matters by phone. All you need to do is identify yourself beforehand via the ID point service. You can find ID point service desks in most campus libraries, and they share the same weekly opening hours as the libraries.

How to contact us

  1. In most cases, it is best to contact us by chat or by e-mail helpdesk@helsinki.fi. Smaller issues are easily taken care of in the chat, but you may be directed to e-mail if your question requires more work or investigation.
    Your support request is processed quickly by our professional staff. If need be, we can even connect to your computer remotely, if it is connected to the university network.
  2. In urgent situations, please contact us by phone. Call Helpdesk number 02 941 55 555, or short number 55555.

You can also contact the Helpdesk via chat! The chat service is available in Finnish and English.
The chat window always opens on the Helpdesk site when agents are available. Otherwise, it stays hidden. The use of the chat requires javascript (preinstalled on university computers).
